MAPEI is seeking a Maintenance (Spare Parts) Clerk to support our North American manufacturing network. You will maintain spare parts inventory, assist with procurement, and ensure critical materials are available to keep equipment reliable and plants performing at their best.

In this role, you will generate purchase requisitions, obtain vendor quotes, create purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience with maintenance, inventory control or purchasing
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
• Familiarity with ERP/CMMS systems
• Strong organizational and cross-departmental communication skills
• High level of personal integrity and ethics

Responsabilités

• Maintain spare parts inventory and issue materials for plant operations
• Generate purchase requisitions, quotes, purchase orders, and track deliveries
• Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts
• Assist with locating replacement parts and researching specifications
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, Purchasing and vendors across locations
• Prepare reports on inventory usage and transfers
• Follow safety and inventory control procedures and QMS policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
