Job summary

fairlife, LLC is seeking an Inventory Clerk in Coopersville, MI to manage maintenance storeroom parts, perform daily cycle counts, and ensure accurate MVP CMMS data. You will coordinate with the Maintenance Planner, stock and issue parts, and optimize storage layout for efficiency.

Qualifications include 2–3 years in a parts room, strong record-keeping, CMMS fluency, and HS diploma or GED. The role offers baseline pay with comprehensive benefits and on-site work in a dairy production environment.

Qualifications

• Cycle counts daily; manage ~250 part SKUs per day.
• 2–3 years parts room experience or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping.
• Fluent in CMMS systems and inventory software.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and learn maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Inventorying, stocking, and organizing parts for maintenance and production.
• Modify part numbers/descriptions in MVP CMMS accurately.
• Issue parts to mechanics and assist locating parts.
• Assemble and fill orders with Maintenance Planner.
• Label/bar code inventory parts for tracking.
• Enter receipts/distributions into inventory records.
• Conduct ongoing inventory audits of all parts.
• Receive shipments and verify against slips/invoices.
• Directly assign parts to open work orders and locate locations.
• Communicate with management and coworkers via email/Teams.
• Work with purchasers to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
