Job summary

Agropur in Minnesota is seeking a Maintenance Inventory Clerk to support maintenance and inventory control. You will receive and process parts, maintain records in Maximo, and help ensure stock is organized and available for the team.

This role requires a High School Diploma and at least two years’ related experience. You’ll work 7am–4pm, Monday–Friday, with benefits including health, 401(k), PTO, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years in maintenance/inventory control preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive inventory parts in Maximo and file packing slips.
• Enter materials from work orders (non-inventory).
• Reconcile and maintain inventory records; conduct cycle counts.
• Investigate inventory errors and adjust in the system.
• Work with maintenance to manage parts, labeling, and levels.
• Perform daily checks of parts used and needed.
• Assist Wastewater Treatment Plant inventory.
• Close work orders and document parts used.
• Locate special orders and needed items for technicians.
• Perform general administrative duties and data entry.
• Backup for Procurement Coordinator.
