Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Maintenance Parts & Materials Coordinator at the Alsip, IL facility. You will manage CMMS data, oversee parts inventory, and coordinate procurement to support maintenance across multiple brands.

You’ll work closely with Maintenance, Purchasing, Finance, Operations, and external vendors to ensure timely parts availability and accurate records. The role emphasizes ownership, organization, and strong follow-through, with opportunities to grow within industrial

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years supporting maintenance operations and CMMS coordination.
Experience with inventory, parts management, and purchasing.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/CMMS systems.
Ability to lift and handle maintenance parts per site requirements.

Responsibilities

CMMS Administration: maintain asset, PM, and parts data; generate work orders.
Parts room and inventory control: organize, label, stock, and issue parts.
Purchasing, service POs and vendor coordination; track orders and receipts.
Vendor coordination: document service activity and maintain supplier contacts.
Maintenance planning support: assemble PMs, reserve parts, schedule work.
Reporting & continuous improvement: track backlog, costs, and inventory accuracy.
