Job summary

Ingersoll Rand in Alsip, IL is seeking a Maintenance Parts & Materials Coordinator to organize parts, inventory, and purchasing for the maintenance team. You will manage CMMS data, track spares, and ensure timely procurement to support preventive and corrective maintenance across 159 assets.

You will collaborate with Maintenance, Purchasing, Finance, Operations, and external vendors to improve workflows, data quality, and inventory accuracy while growing within industrial maintenance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting maintenance operations, data, POs, and inventory.
• Experience reading equipment descriptions, part numbers, and maintenance reports.
• Experience with CMMS, ERP, or purchasing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CMMS data for assets, PMs, and work orders.
• Manage parts room inventory, labeling, storage, and records.
• Prepare maintenance purchase requisitions and service POs.
• Coordinate vendor service documentation and scheduling.
• Support maintenance planning, parts reservations, and readiness.
• Support reports on inventory, PMs, and costs.
