Job summary

Ingersoll Rand in Tulsa, OK is seeking a warehouse/inventory associate to receive, store, and issue parts for production and customer orders. You will pick, stage, and deliver materials, load and unload items with material handling equipment, and verify counts against records to ensure inventory accuracy.

You will operate forklifts after certification, follow safety procedures, and support cycle counts while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

Experience in warehousing, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or manufacturing.
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
Ability to follow written instructions and standardized procedures.
Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

Receive, verify, store, and issue parts and supplies for production and customer orders.
Pick, stage, and deliver materials to manufacturing areas to meet schedule.
Load/unload and transport items using material handling equipment.
Confirm counts and part numbers against work orders, packing slips, and system records.
Record moves and transactions using scanners and computer systems to maintain accuracy.
Support cycle counts and full physical inventory activities.
