Job summary

Bimbo QSR Chicago LLC in Denver, CO is seeking a detail-oriented inventory and purchasing clerk responsible for maintaining inventory levels and procuring parts cost-effectively for on-site operations.

You will place orders, reconcile invoices, work with approved vendors, ensure GMP and safety compliance, and coordinate with engineering and accounting. This role requires HS diploma and 1 year inventory experience, with proficiency in Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required with at least 1 year of parts and inventory experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory and purchasing parts in a cost-effective manner.
• Places orders for parts, ensuring timely and accurate receipt.
• Provides Purchase Orders and reconciles to billing invoices.
• Uses approved suppliers and validates vendors to ensure quality and pricing.
• Compares Purchase Orders with products received for accuracy.
• Follow up on orders for timely receipt.
• Coordinates information flow with vendors, Chief Engineer, and Accounting.
• Notify Management of deviations and inventory issues.
• Abide by GMPs and safety rules (BRC Standard).
• Other duties as assigned by management.
