Job summary

Kroger Mountain View Foods in Denver, CO seeks a Maintenance Materials Clerk to support the plant's Maintenance and Engineering departments. You will receive maintenance-related purchases, verify receipts, and help maintain safe, high-quality operations in line with SQR and Customer 1st principles.

Responsibilities include tracking parts, managing inventories, requisitioning parts, and communicating with engineers and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge of parts, materials, tools and equipment used in a Maintenance department.
• Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and stay organized.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Routinely use tracking software to facilitate timely repairs by identifying parts, tools, materials and equipment.
• Ensure inventory organization and accuracy in stored areas.
• Requisition parts and services and request vendor pricing information.
• Communicate inventory details to maintenance engineer and supervisor.
• Stage and identify parts for scheduled work.
• Complete routine paperwork timely and accurately.
• Utilize maintenance system to perform daily, weekly, and monthly duties.
• Maintain flexibility to work any shift.
• Support SQF 2000 Systems development and maintenance.
