Job summary

TransChicago Truck Group is seeking a Parts Administrator for our Purchasing team to source and secure parts for internal inventory. This onsite role in Elmhurst requires coordinating with vendors and internal departments, updating data in the DMS, and ensuring timely stock transfers and order processing.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in purchasing, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with RimPro/Procede are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of purchasing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail in data and orders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor purchasing communications and respond based on urgency and impact.
• Review stock levels and determine stock orders for warehouse and branches.
• Verify pricing, quantities, ship-to addresses and vendor details in system updates.
