Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Mechanical or technical aptitude with troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work in a team.
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate manufacturing equipment per SOPs.
• Set up and monitor machines to ensure proper operation.
• Load materials into equipment and respond to performance changes.
• Identify and clear minor jams and maintenance issues.
• Maintain production efficiency and follow schedules.
