Job summary

Hilco Vision is seeking an experienced Maintenance Operator for the second shift (2:30pm-11:00pm) at our Fairfield, OH location. This full-time, on-site role requires safety focus, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, performing adjustments, troubleshooting, and ensuring production efficiency. Occasional Saturday work is required; weekly pay is provided.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and understand English.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Mechanical or technical aptitude with troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate manufacturing equipment according to SOPs.
• Set up and monitor machines to ensure proper operation.
• Load materials into equipment as required.
• Respond proactively to changes in machine performance.
• Make routine machine adjustments within procedures.
• Identify and clear minor machine jams and issues.
• Communicate equipment problems to maintenance staff.
• Maintain production efficiency and meet schedules.
• Inspect products for defects and perform quality checks.
