Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking a skilled maintenance and project management professional to oversee the FDOT maintenance program in Tallahassee, FL. The role includes managing warehouse operations, inventory, and field readiness while coordinating with cross-functional teams and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 7 years of engineering maintenance or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs technical discipline tasks including research, reports, design, specification and plan preparation to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution of projects.
• Actively manages project scope, schedule and budget; serves as the primary client liaison to bring the work to completion and client satisfaction.
• Implements the firm’s project delivery plan using SDA on each project.
• Develops project scope and fee quotation, and assists in proposals and contracts.
• Coordinates work efforts and reviews of work by project team; supervises and mentors team toward objectives.
• Oversees project staffing with departments, offices and divisions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
