Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking a seasoned project management professional to lead infrastructure projects, including scope, schedule, and budget controls. This role involves client liaison, proposal work, and ensuring successful project delivery using SDA methodologies.

The candidate should have a PE license (preferred) and FDOT project experience, with strong leadership and team mentorship capabilities. Locations include DeLand, FL and Lake Mary, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects.
• 2 years of task management or Deputy PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotations; assist in proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets to client satisfaction.
• Perform technical analyses, design, and production for assigned projects.
• Lead project delivery via SDA and manage project team to objectives.
• Coordinate staffing, recruitment, development, and performance reviews.
