Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Operations Planner in Hillsboro, OR to support maintenance and reliability in a high-volume manufacturing setting. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance work to maximize uptime and production effectiveness.

The role emphasizes developing schedules, reviewing work orders, coordinating labor and parts, and driving improvements in maintenance performance while complying with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or coordination in manufacturing, industrial, facilities, or semiconductor environments.
• Proficient with CMMS/EAM systems, preferably Maximo.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices.
• Ability to interpret technical documents, equipment records, and work instructions.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and spare parts inventory.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary
