FCC Environmental Services, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of all equipment, systems, and facilities, ensuring safety, functionality, and regulatory compliance. This leadership role drives strategic planning, manages maintenance teams, implements preventative maintenance, and coordinates with other departments to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive maintenance experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and building systems.
• Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning tools.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the maintenance team, including supervisors, technicians, and contractors.
• Oversee and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, including cost forecasting and capital planning.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and safety teams to support continuous improvement.
