Job summary

GH Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Carpinteria, CA to oversee daily maintenance operations, lead the team, and ensure reliable, safe, and efficient equipment and facilities.

You will develop preventative maintenance programs, manage resources and inventory, coordinate repairs, and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance and facility operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs for machinery and facilities.
• Plan and coordinate annual maintenance for all assets.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders and material purchases.
• Manage spare parts, tools, and inventory for cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with site leaders to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Provide training and development for maintenance staff.
• Ensure safety, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are met.
