Job summary

You will develop preventive maintenance programs, manage inventory, coordinate repairs with vendors, and drive continuous improvement across greenhouse and packhouse environments. Strong leadership, at least five years in industrial maintenance, and ability to work across departments are required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in industrial/mechanical/electrical maintenance or related field.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience overseeing maintenance teams and managing budgets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs for machinery and facilities.
• Plan annual maintenance activities and manage spare parts/inventory.
• Coordinate repairs, vendor services, and maintenance projects.
• Ensure safety, food safety, and hygiene standards are followed.
• Support training, performance management, and continuous improvement within the team.
