PCC Airframe in Garden Grove, CA, seeks a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead all facility maintenance operations, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency across manufacturing equipment and infrastructure.

You will develop preventive maintenance programs, manage budgets and vendors, and partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to support production goals and continuous improvement in a fast-paced aerospace setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in facilities maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years leading maintenance teams and contractors.
• Aerospace, metal manufacturing, machining, forging experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and maintenance planning.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all facility maintenance operations including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, utilities, infrastructure, and facility-related projects.
• Ensure safe and reliable operation of manufacturing equipment, cranes, HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and facility infrastructure.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Partner with Operations leadership to minimize downtime and support production throughput objectives.
• Manage facility repairs, equipment installations, and capital improvement projects from planning through execution.
• Oversee relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers ensuring quality and cost control.
• Ensure OSHA, environmental, aerospace, and company safety requirements are met.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures and recurring issues.
• Manage budgets, spare parts inventory, and resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, safety, and efficiency.
