Job description

This is a hands-on role with full ownership of our maintenance function. You’ll manage and execute maintenance work, own the service request process end to end, drive preventive maintenance, and coordinate vendors as needed.

The role starts as an individual contributor with real authority and visibility. As the business grows, this position will help shape and scale the maintenance department, including standard work, documentation, and future support staff.
