Job summary

Fetch Home Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems across our properties.

The role includes hiring and training maintenance staff, planning schedules, evaluating systems, developing procedures, and assisting with budgets. A high school diploma is required, with at least five years of maintenance experience and three years in management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years of maintenance experience.
• Minimum three years of management experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance department operations and inventory.
• Plan work assignments and project schedules for building systems.
• Develop maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Ensure repairs are completed correctly and on time.
• Assist with departmental budget estimates and repair costs.
• Hire and train maintenance staff; conduct evaluations.
