Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management and TPM; exposure to Lean principles (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma).

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate facilities and maintenance operations and activities.
• Manage capital equipment installation, repair and maintenance.
• Forecast budget requirements and monitor expenses.
• Drive cost reductions and continuous improvement in processes and equipment.
• Maintain environmental compliance program and asset tagging.
• Lead and develop maintenance staff across shifts; recruit and train.
