Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is seeking a seasoned maintenance supervisor in California to lead a team of 30-50 across multiple shifts. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure continuous production.

You will direct plant engineering support and manage labor budgets and vendor relations. The position emphasizes safety, adherence to corporate policies, and the implementation of maintenance management best practices to

Qualifications

Knowledge of safety rules and company policies related to job safety.
Experience supervising maintenance staff and coordinating repairs.
Experience with TPM/Lean activities is implied in the role.

Responsibilities

Prioritize and schedule repair, preventive and general maintenance to ensure continuous operations.
Coordinate maintenance activities and respond promptly to production requests.
Direct maintenance of utility systems to maintain reliable services.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs with engineering staff.
Plan, develop, and implement new methods to improve operations and reduce costs.
Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor maintenance effectiveness.
