Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. in Garden Grove, CA is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations for manufacturing equipment, building systems, and plant infrastructure in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to minimize downtime, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Leadership of maintenance teams and external contractors is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of facilities maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Aerospace, metal manufacturing, machining, forging, or industrial manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
Minimum 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience managing maintenance teams and contractors.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all facility maintenance operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance, utilities, and infrastructure.
Ensure safe and reliable operation of manufacturing equipment, cranes, HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems.
Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Oversee budgets, maintenance costs, spare parts inventory, and resource allocation.
Drive continuous improvement focused on reliability, safety, and cost reduction.
Coordinate emergency response and support audits/regulatory compliance.
