Job summary

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of progressive experience in maintenance, facilities, industrial manufacturing, or related field.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, machine maintenance, and facility systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and support the Maintenance and Facilities team.
• Oversee daily maintenance activities, priorities, staffing, and schedules.
• Build and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS to minimize downtime.
• Ensure safety, reliability, and operational status of equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and determine repairs and actions.
• Drive equipment reliability and reduce downtime; improve performance.
• Maintain safety features and oversee facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Manage internal maintenance and external contractors/suppliers.
