Job summary

Peak Living in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to keep our communities well maintained and deliver excellent resident service. You’ll supervise move-ins, schedule work, and manage staff within budget guidelines.

Candidates should have hands-on maintenance skills, leadership ability, HVAC knowledge with CFC by 90 days, a valid Driver's License, and English communication. You’ll respond to requests within 24 hours and uphold OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance tasks experience.
• Ability to lead and supervise staff.
• HVAC knowledge with plan to obtain CFC within 90 days.
• Valid Driver's License and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with staffing and performance.
• Schedule work and supervise maintenance tasks.
• Maintain safe working environment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on pools, lots, exteriors.
• Recommend capital improvements.
• Respond to service requests within 24 hours.
• Inspect other properties for maintenance quality.
• Order parts as needed.
• Educate staff on safety and OSHA guidelines.
