Job summary

Gallo Glass offers a 6-month Maintenance Operations Internship at its California plant. You will work alongside skilled technicians and team leads to learn how maintenance ensures equipment safety, reliability, and peak performance.

The program emphasizes troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and facility operations while exposing you to sustainability efforts and continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or Engineering/Industrial Technology.
• Available for the entire internship duration January–June 2027.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance activities and learn from experienced Technicians and Team Leads.
• Develop skills in equipment troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and facility operations.
• Assist with repairs, diagnostics, and initiatives to improve equipment readiness and reliability.
