Job summary

Gallo Glass offers a 6-month Maintenance Operations Internship in a dynamic manufacturing setting. You will learn from experienced technicians and leaders to keep equipment safe and efficient while building practical skills in troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and facility operations.

This internship emphasizes environmental and sustainability awareness, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and gain exposure to engineering and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college or university working towards a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or Engineering/Industrial Technology.
• Available for the entire duration of the internship (July–December 2027).
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Maintenance Technicians and Team Leads to learn maintenance’s role in keeping equipment safe, reliable and operating at peak performance.
• Contribute to projects and develop skills in equipment troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and facility operations.
• Support environmental and sustainability efforts by learning about utilities, wastewater generation and water consumption.
