Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or Engineering/Industrial Technology; OR a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Engineering/Industrial Technology.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment where maintenance, problem-solving, and operational excellence come together.
• Work alongside experienced Maintenance Technicians and Team Leads to learn how maintenance keeps equipment safe, reliable, and operating at peak performance.
• Contribute to meaningful projects focusing on equipment troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and facility operations.
