Job summary

Gallo Glass Maintenance Internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will work with experienced technicians and leaders to support maintenance activities, diagnostics, and continuous improvement in equipment reliability.

During the six months, you’ll develop practical skills in troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and facility operations while exploring environmental and sustainability aspects of glass manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's in Engineering or Materials Science, or a related degree.
• Available Jan–June 2027; able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be 18+ years old; on-site position in Modesto, CA.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance technicians and team leads to keep equipment safe and reliable.
• Participate in machinery diagnostics and repairs as needed.
• Support preventative maintenance and equipment readiness initiatives.
• Learn utilities, wastewater, and environmental processes in glass manufacturing.
