Job summary

Gallo Glass invites applications for the Maintenance Operations Internship Program. You will work alongside experienced technicians and team leads in a fast-paced glass manufacturing environment, gaining hands-on experience in maintenance, diagnostics, and problem-solving.

During the 6-month program (July–December 2027), you will contribute to meaningful projects, learn equipment troubleshooting, and help improve reliability while exploring environmental and sustainability initiatives relevant

Qualifications

Currently enrolled at a college or university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or Engineering/Industrial Technology; OR a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Engineering/Industrial Technology.
Available for the July–December 2027 internship period.
Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

Assist maintenance technicians and team leads in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
Learn maintenance practices to keep equipment safe, reliable, and operating at peak performance.
Contribute to machine diagnostics, repairs, and initiatives that improve equipment readiness and reliability.
Support environmental and sustainability efforts related to utilities, wastewater, and water usage.
