American Printing House for the Blind (APH) seeks a Maintenance Operations Coordinator to support facility operations, maintain building systems, and production equipment. You will coordinate maintenance projects, schedule work, and keep documentation up to date.

Reporting to the Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor, you will direct in-house staff and contractors, manage parts inventory, and prepare KPI reports to drive efficiency and cost savings.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of related maintenance experience.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate predictive and preventive maintenance programs to improve facility operations and reliability.
• Receive, review, prioritize, assign, and track maintenance work requests with the supervisor.
• Administer and maintain work orders in the CMMS system, update statuses, and close completed requests.
• Manage ordering, tracking, and inventory of spare parts and supplies for equipment.
• Document inventories of facility assets and equipment; compile operating standards and guides.
• Prepare reports, audit KPIs, and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Assist maintenance technicians with routine tasks and basic facility support.
