• Coordinate predictive and preventive maintenance programs to improve facility operations, equipment reliability, and workplace conditions.
• Receive, review, prioritize, assign, and track maintenance work requests in coordination with the Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring timely communication and completion.
• Administer and maintain work orders in the CMMS, including dispatching requests, updating statuses, documenting repairs, and closing completed work orders.
• Manage the ordering, tracking, and inventory of spare parts and supplies for building and production equipment to maintain adequate stock and minimize downtime.
• Assist with identifying, documenting, and maintaining inventories of facility assets, building systems, production machinery, and maintenance equipment; compile equipment operating standards and performance documentation.
• Prepare reports and updates, audit KPIs, and evaluate operational processes and compliance with standards to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and cost reduction.
• Assist maintenance technicians with routine, non-specialized maintenance tasks and basic facility support activities as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
