Job summary

ABM Mission Critical Solutions seeks a CMMS Operations Coordinator to support the Critical Facility Manager and on-site operations in a data center environment. You will coordinate work orders, schedules, documentation, and vendor activities to ensure compliant, efficient facility operations.

You will maintain CMMS/MCIM records, generate client reports, assist with SOPs and change management, and contribute to KPI/SLAs tracking while collaborating with multiple teams. Day shift, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations coordination or facilities administration
• Experience with CMMS/work order systems and maintenance records
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High school diploma required; higher degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work orders, schedules, maintenance activities, and operational documentation across facilities teams
• Maintain CMMS records, preventive maintenance schedules, and asset histories
• Assist with MCIM usage, work order coordination, reporting, and documentation accuracy
• Track KPIs/CPIs, SLAs, maintenance compliance, and client reporting
• Coordinate vendor access, escorts, badging, and on-site support for service providers
• Support SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, forms, logs, and change management activities
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action-item logs
• Assist with invoices, POs, cost documentation, and contract administration
• Maintain organized electronic and hard-copy files; support audits and safety reporting
