Responsibilities

• Maintain the CMMS (MaintainX) system including updating preventive maintenance tasks and equipment requirements.
• Sort, prioritize and assign daily work orders to the maintenance team based on feedback.
• Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
• Check inventoried parts against work orders and ensure material availability.
• Close work orders and verify completion.
• Manage critical spares with craftsmen to ensure in-stock status.
• Inventory and price compare parts to min/max levels; add vendors as needed.
• Verify time worked on each work order and order parts per Purchasing procedures.
