Job summary

Viskase Corp in Tennessee seeks a Maintenance Administrator to coordinate maintenance, inventory, and payroll-administrative tasks across Maintenance, Engineering, Production and Leadership teams.

You will handle work orders, records, scheduling, and reporting, while liaising with Purchasing, HR, and Vendor partners to ensure accuracy and efficiency. A strong admin background in manufacturing is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of administrative experience in manufacturing, maintenance, facilities, or a related environment.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, spreadsheets, and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track maintenance work orders to support timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Maintain equipment, maintenance, and cost records accurately.
• Assist with maintenance scheduling, reporting, and departmental administration.
• Serve as a liaison between Maintenance, Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and HR.
• Support MRO inventory management processes.
• Process purchase requests and purchase orders through SAP.
• Obtain vendor quotations and support purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate warranty claims, repair orders, and equipment replacements.
• Maintain inventory and procurement documentation.
• Prepare reports and maintain records supporting operational excellence.
