Job summary

Viskase Corp in Tennessee is seeking a Maintenance Administrator to partner with Maintenance, Engineering, Production and Leadership teams to keep operations reliable.

You will manage data, reporting, purchasing coordination in SAP, maintain safety and process docs, and support payroll and onboarding activities for maintenance staff.

This role offers cross-functional exposure and opportunities to drive continuous improvement and plant performance.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 5+ years of administrative experience in manufacturing.
• Excellent Excel skills with data analysis capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP, CMMS, ERP, payroll, and HRIS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track maintenance work orders to support timely completion.
• Maintain equipment, maintenance, and cost records accurately.
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and departmental administration.
• Serve as a liaison between Maintenance, Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and HR.
• Support inventory and purchasing activities through SAP and related systems.
• Prepare reports and maintain records supporting maintenance excellence.
• Oversee payroll activities, attendance, overtime, and timekeeping reconciliation.
• Assist onboarding and administrative tasks for maintenance staff.
