Job summary

Viskase Companies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Maintenance Administrator to support maintenance operations across the plant and partner with Maintenance, Engineering, Production and Leadership teams.

You will manage data, reporting, purchasing coordination in SAP, and ensure accuracy of key maintenance processes while driving continuous improvement and reliability.

Ideal candidates bring strong Excel skills and excellent organizational abilities to help keep operations safe and productive.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and 5+ years in manufacturing admin.
• Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP, CMMS, ERP, payroll, and HRIS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track maintenance work orders for timely completion.
• Maintain equipment, maintenance, and cost records accurately.
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and departmental administration.
• Serve as liaison across Maintenance, Production, Engineering, Purchasing and HR.
• Support MRO inventory management and SAP purchase workflow.
