Behr Paint Company is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, or electrical issues across our production equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, lubrication, and part replacements to minimize downtime and keep conveyors, pumps, and packaging machines running safely and efficiently.

You will read work orders and schematics, operate a forklift where required, and adhere to safety protocols, including respirator use in specific areas.

Competenze

• 3+ years of on-the-job mechanical experience (hydraulic/pneumatic systems and drives).
• 2+ years electrical experience; reading schematics and PLC circuits preferred.
• Knowledge of shop tools: hammer, pliers, screwdrivers, drill press, hydraulic press, bench grinder.
• Some PLC knowledge is a plus; forklift safety without certification required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
