Behr Paint Company is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic in Santa Ana, CA. You will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues across packaging and filling equipment, while adhering to safety standards and reading schematics/work orders.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, lubrication, and occasional facility maintenance tasks. A High school diploma or GED is required, and forklift operation is acceptable for this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of on-the-job mechanical experience including hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Reading and interpreting work orders and schematics is required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair broken equipment, safely restoring operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance and lubrication on schedules for each machine.
• Assist with facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical, painting as needed.
