Behr Paint Company is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues across conveyors and filling equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, lubrication, and cleaning to keep packaging lines running efficiently.

Responsibilities include reading schematics, operating a forklift, and safety compliance. The role is on the 2nd shift with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of on-the-job mechanical experience, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• 2+ years of electrical experience, reading and troubleshooting schematics
• Ability to read work orders and drawings and operate equipment safely
• Forklift operation safety (certification not required)
• Complete high school education or GED required

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot broken equipment and repair or replace safely
• Perform preventive maintenance and lubrication per schedule
• Handle facility maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, painting as needed
• Maintain safety and operate with urgency to minimize downtime
