Job summary

Saputo in the United States is seeking a maintenance-oriented professional to diagnose and repair plant equipment, troubleshoot PLCs, and maintain instrumentation. The role includes on-site work in Wisconsin and entitlement to a shift premium for evening/night hours.

Responsibilities include diagnosing malfunctions, repairing pumps, motors, gearboxes, valves, hydraulics, pneumatics, and sensor instrumentation, ensuring safe and efficient operation of dairy processing equipment.

Qualifications

Diagnose malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
Repair/rebuilds various plant and process equipment including pumps, motors, gearboxes, valves, and other related equipment.
Repair/rebuilds/replaces hydraulic and pneumatic equipment and understands flow controls.
Understand and troubleshoots Programmable Logic Controllers (Nomenclature, input, output, etc.)
Repairs/replaces instrumentation to include level sensors, RTD’s, chart recorders, prox sensors, and photo eyes.
