Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is hiring a maintenance technician for a night shift (6PM–6AM). The role covers installation, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance of production and facility equipment, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

You will work with hydraulic, pneumatic, motor and control systems and document activities in SAP. Qualified applicants have a high school diploma and 1–2 years of industrial maintenance experience, with willingness to work nights and overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Industrial ammonia refrigeration, high pressure boiler and utility experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of industrial maintenance in manufacturing.
• Ability to use PM/ERP maintenance planning platforms; SAP knowledge a plus.
• Electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems troubleshooting.
• Read electrical schematics and control diagrams.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work nights, overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze test results and machine messages to diagnose equipment problems.
• Disassemble, repair, reassemble machinery and parts.
• Repair and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, motor and control systems.
• Operate and test repaired equipment to verify fixes.
• Enter and maintain maintenance records and work orders in SAP.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Follow SOPs, safety regulations and 5S.
• Support refrigeration, boiler and utility operations on site.
