Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a plant maintenance technician to diagnose and repair machinery across our cheese production facility in Wisconsin. You will work with pumps, motors, gearboxes, valves, hydraulics, pneumatics, and programmable logic controllers, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.

We offer on-the-job training and a shift premium of $2.00/hr for hours from 6pm to 6am, plus meaningful benefits and opportunities to grow with a global dairy leader.

Qualifications

• Diagnose malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, adequate math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
• Repair/rebuild plant equipment including pumps, motors, gearboxes, valves.
• Repair/rebuild/replaces hydraulic and pneumatic equipment and understands flow controls.
• Troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers and instrumentation (sensors, RTD’s, chart recorders, prox sensors).
