Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for night shift (6PM-6AM) to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.

The role requires diagnosing issues using tests and operator input, performing preventive maintenance, and documenting activities in SAP or equivalent ERP systems. Candidates should have a high school diploma and industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, including ammonia refrigeration and boiler systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Industrial ammonia refrigeration, high pressure boiler and utility experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze test results, machine error messages, and information from operators to diagnose equipment problems.
• Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, and machinery; disassemble and repair as needed.
• Operate and test repaired machinery to verify functionality; troubleshoot, install, repair and maintain industrial production equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, motors, gearboxes, VFD/HMI/Servo controls, conveyors, valves, sensors.
• Complete preventative maintenance and document PM activities in SAP or similar ERP system.
