Job summary

Edgewell is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain production equipment at our Ohio facilities. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor, performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to keep lines running.

The role requires four years in industrial maintenance, a High School Diploma, strong computer skills, and the ability to work with little supervision. Night shifts and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have four years’ industrial maintenance experience.
• Proficient with electrical basics and preventative maintenance.
• Strong computer skills and Windows-based programs.
• Ability to work with little supervision and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain production equipment per supervisor orders.
• Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Operate welding equipment for simple hand welds in all positions.
• Perform lubrication and preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Lead backups and coordinate maintenance efforts.
• Assist evacuation drills and safety procedures.
• Be on-call for off-hours maintenance per schedule.
• Ensure equipment operation with minimal downtime.
• Lead Maintenance Technicians in continuous improvement.
