Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to safeguard production equipment and drive uptime on 1st shift. You will troubleshoot, repair, and tune machine systems including die cutters, presses, and bindery gear.

Ideal candidates have bindery/press experience, ability to read complex diagrams, and strong precision for alignments and measurements. The role supports lean initiatives and knowledge sharing across the team.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair complex equipment and machinery.
• Trace symptoms to mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical failures.
• Interpret drawings, wiring diagrams and specifications to locate malfunctions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production equipment and perform troubleshooting/repairs.
• Repair or reproduce parts using machine tools and welders.
• Possess Bindery/Press experience; support lean processes and training.
