Job summary

RRD is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to maintain and repair production equipment across our manufacturing floor. You will diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults, using drawings and manuals, and perform precise adjustments to restore performance.

The role requires hands-on proficiency with welding, lathe, milling, drill presses, and precision measuring tools, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Competitive hourly pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• Maintains, troubleshoots, repairs complex equipment and machinery.
• Interprets drawings, schematics and manufacturer specs to locate faults.
• Performs precise adjustments to ensure alignment, parallelism and concentricity.
• Uses gauges to measure air/fluid pressures and flow for diagnostics.
• Manages replacement parts fabrication with various machine tools when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization's production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment according to diagrams, manuals, and specs.
• Repair and maintain machinery such as die cutters, presses, and bindery equipment.
• Fabricate replacement parts using welders or machine shop tools as required.
