Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic II at our Regional Distribution Center. You will apply electrical and mechanical trade skills to diagnose, repair, and restore complex RDC equipment, prioritizing repairs and ensuring safe operations.

You will work across two specialty areas (conveyors, rolling stock, or building), mentor a Utility and Maintenance Mechanic I, and collaborate with the Maintenance Coach to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license.
• 4 years of maintenance experience.
• 2 years in each of two specialty areas.
• Experience repairing and training in standard electrical/electronic voltages (51-599).
• Senior Mechanic level electrical work certification if required by local regulations.
• Proven safety record and compliance.
• Able to see objects and discriminate color.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair RDC equipment using trade skills.
• Prioritize and plan repairs; source spare parts.
• Mentor a Utility and Maintenance Mechanic I.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Coach on complex issues.
• Maintain safe and efficient operation in a warehouse environment.
