Job summary

Lowe's Maintenance team in the United States seeks a Maintenance Mechanic II to keep RDC equipment fully functional. You will diagnose issues using electrical and mechanical skills, plan repairs, and source spare parts.

You will mentor junior mechanics, coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor, and document work via the 7I CMMS system, ensuring safety and reliability across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED complete or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of maintenance experience.
• Two years in each specialty area (conveyors, rolling stock, or building).
• Experience repairing standard electrical/electronic voltages (51-599) volt systems and above.

Responsibilities

• Keep RDC equipment fully operational and perform repairs as needed.
• Plan, prioritize, and execute maintenance tasks; order spare parts.
• Mentor Utilities and Maintenance Mechanics and assist as needed.
• Enter data into the maintenance management system and close work orders.
• Communicate status and issues to the Maintenance Supervisor and next shift.
• Lead preventive maintenance tasks and participate in training.
