Job summary

Qualifications

In depth electrical and mechanical experience.
Proficient with voltages from 24V to 480V.
PLC knowledge and troubleshooting experience.
AVG/LVG experience and HMI knowledge.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong safety and OSHA policy adherence.

Responsibilities

Regular inspection, troubleshooting and repairs of electrical and mechanical equipment.
Detect malfunctions and defects on automation systems.
Maintain records of service cycles and maintenance activities.
Document spare parts and complete required paperwork.
Follow GMPs and site safety rules; report noncompliance.
Operate electrical testing tools and hand/power tools.
Use forklift as required and work with cross-functional teams.
